THE alleged murderer of 26-year-old Marnie Lee Cave appeared in Bega Local Court on Tuesday, December 15, via audio visual link.

Rosemary Priscilla Mackie made no plea to the charges of murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Bail was refused.
The case was adjourned by Magistrate Doug Dick to Tuesday, February 23, at Bega Local Court.
Ms Cave's body was found by campers under Mogareeka’s Handcocks Bridge, near Tathra, on Wednesday, October 14.
In the days following Ms Cave's death, police questioned Ms Mackie's 52-year-old partner, taking a statement from him.
The man was later found dead in a house on Valley Street in Bega on October 22.
Police said the man's death was not suspicious.
Mackie was arrested on December 1 at a property in Bega and charged with murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
