The All-Australian key forward plans to take the first big step towards that lofty goal when she fights Millicent Agboegbulen for the Australian super-welterweight title in Sydney on Wednesday night.
Harris (8-0-1, 4 KOs) returns to the ring for the second time this year after dominating Connie Chan in Melbourne following a three-year lay off from boxing.
The 26-year-old is "proud" to be headlining Australia's first-ever all-female boxing card against the 40-year-old Nigeria-born Agboegbulen (2-1).
"It's something that is going to be a bit of a line in the sand for Australian boxing, particularly women's boxing," Harris said at Tuesday's weigh-in.
"It's going to inspire a lot of people and I can't wait. It's going to be a great night."
The multi-talented Melbourne Demons premiership-winning star previously held the Australian super-welterweight strap in 2019.
If she regains it, Harris will likely chase a regional belt with her ultimate goal to emulate Tim Tszyu by claiming a world title in the women's equivalent division to Australia's men's WBO interim super-welterweight holder.
"Big opportunities are what I live for," Harris said.
"You don't spend this many hours in the gym, working on yourself and sacrificing everything for nothing.
"So I'm certainly aiming for that world title. Whenever it comes, I'll be ready.
"Obviously I'm juggling two sports so timing is something we'll work through."
On a four-fight undercard, Ella Boot (4-0), trained by the legendary Johnny Lewis, will defend her Australian light welterweight strap - also over eight rounds - against mixed martial arts convert Annie Thatcher, who is on debut.
Natasha Kurene will take on Tywarna Campbell in a six-round super-featherweight stoush.
Angel Rushton and Jaala Tomat also square off in super-featherweight over five rounds, while Jessica Messina and Zoe Putorak clash in super-bantamweight.
"It's a great time for women in sport," said No Limit Boxing boss George Rose.
"We've got the Matildas representing, the Netball World Cup, the NRLW season has just started and now we've got our first-ever all-female boxing card."
