At least three protesters at a pro-Palestine rally have been arrested after an intersection near the Melbourne Cup racecourse was blocked on November 7.

Victoria Police said they dealt with about 100 pro-Palestine protesters.
"The protesters arrived at the Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale Rd and Racecourse Rd roundabout about 11am," police said.
Police said a female protester arrived in a white van and climbed onto the roof and allegedly "failed to obey police instructions to come down."
"In the course of managing the non-compliant protesters, police sprayed two of them before they were successfully arrested, " police said.
"The female who was on top of the white van has also since been arrested."
"Police have arranged for the van to be towed away."
Activists could be heard chanting "Ceasefire Now", "Free Palestine" and "Out, out Israel out."
A van painted with "Free Palestine" blocked part of the road.

Some videos show scuffles with the police with one person being carried away and protesters yelling "shame on you" at police.
Police said the incident caused traffic disruptions at an important intersection on Melbourne Cup Day.
"Traffic flow has improved through the intersection."
